From behind bars to a skyrise penthouse. 21 year old Dylan Caudullo is really living the dream life. Many people probably look at him thinking he comes from a rich family. He is young, he is successful, but above all he is determined to live to his full potential and teach others how to do the same. His truth might surprise you, but also inspire you. Born and brought up in a troublesome household, Dylan Caudullo was a kid who struggled. He was born and raised in Pennsylvania. When he was a kid, he didn’t have a father figure. His father left before he was even born.

When he was 15, he started using drugs; when he was 17, he began selling drugs. He kept growing his drug dealing business and made great money. When he was 18, he had enough money to move out of his family’s house, but all his efforts came to a rest when he was arrested about a year later.

Until then, he thought he was untouchable. What sets Dylan apart is after his arrest, he wanted to change something. He did not go back to his old life or settle with a regular job. Instead, he decided to make a difference, grow as a person, and impact the lives of many people, especially those with a difficult upbringing.

He worked on himself; he read personality development books that completely transformed his life, listened to podcasts, hired mentors. Dylan learned a new skill – sales. As many people, when starting sales, the fear of rejection keeps them stuck. Dylan was no different, he was shy and scared to talk to his prospects, but he was determined to make it work, so he did. Now he dominates the skill and is one of the best in the industry.

Dylan is not an average sales person. He is an expert with big goals. He founded and sold his first marketing agency in only six months. This is what allowed him to move from Pennsylvania to a skyrise penthouse in San Diego, California. He now works for a company where he was able to close one million in sales in only 45 days. Dylan believes we all have the choice and ability to create the life of our dreams. All we have to do is decide to evolve and learn the skills that will take us where we want to go. Sales, according to Dylan, is one of the most excellent skills one can develop. If you want to be successful, you should know how to sell. He believes that if you set your mind to it,  you can turn your life around at any time. It is never too late to start fresh, but it is never too early either.
