Stumbling blocks in life often leave people in the darkness of defeat or at rock bottom. On the contrary, Jennifer Chapman uses her life struggles to grow and change the course of her life. As she does this, she hopes to bring others with her into victory and ongoing success.

Naturally, life always has its ups and downs, where there are unexpected turns of events. This is no different from Jennifer, a woman born in the heartland of America. Growing up, Jennifer was surrounded by loving parents. Because of this, she remembers a childhood full of love, family, and passion. Jennifer’s mother was exceptionally closest to her heart, as the most powerful support system.

Everything is put together correctly in those times. Not until, suddenly, at the tender age of 11, Jennifer had to go through a grievous tragedy. Her mother passed away, and had to adapt to a new living routine immediately. With her brother and father, Jennifer was on a journey to find hope. It was in those times she fell in love with tennis, as a remedy.

Jennifer Chapman continued to live a normal life. She ventured into the world of business after graduating from college. For ten years, she enjoyed every minute working with beer, wine, and spirits. Even going beyond her comfort zone, Jennifer went to try on different industries as a business sales representative. With a leap of faith, she attained success and even had the chance to join the company’s President’s Club.

Everything pivoted as Jennifer suffered a stroke at the age of 34, coincidentally the same age her mother died. Jennifer recovers after two weeks of rehabilitation and four months of therapy. Jennifer Chapman believes rehabilitation helps in amending physical troubles, but the emotional and mental problems continue.

An epiphany enlightened Jennifer to fight for others in the same predicament. Jennifer rises above her challenges in accepting, followed by overcoming her “new normal” with a pivotal life coach for nine months. As she fills her life cup with love, joy, acceptance, belief, and strength and having complete control of my mindset, attitude, and potential, Jennifer wants to be there for others. She is driven by the goal of becoming others’ cheerleader, mentor, ultimately their life coach.

This led Jennifer Chapman to be the creator of the company Just Commit Coaching. It is a program by a person recovering from a stroke, where she uses her life story as an inspiration to reach out to others. As a survivor, she hopes to be the instrument in helping those suffering from stroke or anyone having physical hindrances realize their fullest potential. Jennifer uses Just Commit Coaching to fulfill her mission in supporting others to overcome hurdles and reach new heights.

At the center of Just Commit Coaching lies the legacy of Jennifer’s mother. Besides fulfilling her mission, Jennifer takes extra steps to ensure making her mom proud. Moreover, she hopes to do this “through helping others see their value, their purpose, their confidence in their new normal.”

At this moment, Jennifer Chapman is determined to help others overcome challenges related to one’s hardships, anxiety, and depression. Above all, as she has also gone through the same situations, Jennifer knows how to reach the other side.
