In the modern world, brand identity is an essential factor that helps propel businesses to thrive. Consulting agencies are helpful guides that can help business owners reach their goals.

Lexi Hill is the CEO and Founder of Twenty2 Media, a consulting agency that consists of media brand specialists in strategic creation and production. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism and mass communication in 2018. She would later continue her education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She spent the first five years of her career by creating content for millennials and gen-Z-ers. In her work, she has taken the time to understand specific trends that they gravitate towards—her keenness to know what makes them tick stems from being a millennial herself.

As a millennial, she and her peers have evolved with their new favorite platform of engagement. Lexi has become an expert in everything twenty-something, whether it’s understanding the content they want to read, the advertisement that draws them in, or social media strategies that can get others to follow and subscribe.

At the beginning of her career, Lexi launched Twenty2 Media. She began as she continued her post-grad education in project management in Philadelphia, and working full time leading the strategic curation and creation of all content mediums for a large, local law firm and consulting agency. Along with crafting the firm’s communications and marketing deliverables, she continued to grow and expand upon Twenty2.

With just under ten years of multimedia and operations experience, Lexi’s expertise reaches nearly every digital fold. This allows her and her company to become an extension for every client. By strategically crafting campaigns that are one-of-a-kind and skillfully managing multiple large-scale programs, Lexi and Twenty2 can meet every client’s needs.

Along with helping brands achieve their goals through a full-service consulting agency, Lexi runs the agency’s expansive digital brand, which features a full editorial, podcast, influencer, and social verticals to propel Twenty2’s mission.

Twenty2 is a media site that offers a diverse brand, featuring editorial, podcasts, and agency work. They also cover consulting services to help recent graduates. Lexi started Twenty2 to inspire people around their twenties to go after their dreams using the resources that they need to succeed.

Knowing how daunting life after graduation can be, Lexi and Twenty2 have built a platform to help fresh graduates prepare themselves for the world as there is a lot that people don’t learn during the four years spent in class. Twenty2 curates the best advice from leaders in their industries to avoid the hard-learned lessons that Lexi and others endured.

Twenty2 Media crafts careers around the driving forces in the millennial and Gen-Z audience. Growing up with smartphones, social media, and reality TV has led them to prefer messaging that is straightforward, real, and to-the-point. They don’t want overly-conceptualized marketing strategies or fake public relations communications. If it’s twenty-something related, Lexi and Twenty2 have their smartphones on the pulse.
