Alexandra Rene-Tammaro Reinvents the Sales System to Create Opportunities for Entrepreneurs

Strengthened by years of misery and struggle in corporate jobs, Alexandra Rene now shares everything she has learned in business and life with the hope of inspiring entrepreneurs to action.

When Alexandra started her career in the corporate world, her skills in sales were admittedly less than perfect. Looking back, she characterizes her experience as filled with struggles. For an entire month, she would cry at the bathroom at work. Her thoughts would inevitably turn to her questioning her abilities, her worth, and her capacity to contribute anything of value.

Having distanced herself from all that, Alexandra has identified important factors that contributed to the negative experience. She realized that the existing culture within the corporate world perpetuates a fixed mindset stuck on traditional beliefs and practices. She noticed this mindset in herself, her coworkers, and most upper-level management.

In addition, Alexandra realized that there is much left to be desired in how skills in sales are taught. Sales courses in college, corporate sales training, and bestselling sales books only tackle sales ideologies but fail to teach anything applicable and practical.

Alexandra refused to be constrained by the fixed mindset that she should work for more than 40 years before tasting success. She also grew tired of a system that refused to equip her with the tools that she needed in her chosen career. This drove her to establish Team Momentum.

The guiding vision for Team Momentum is to educate, empower, and create opportunities for service-based entrepreneurs. The end goal, of course, being for them to generate their own wealth and lead lives according to their own terms. Anything can be taught, success can be learned, and the future is more promising when connections are formed between people who want to make a positive impact. These are principles that Alexandra learned the hard way so that others don’t have to.

Her unique coaching and consulting services combine sales strategies, technology, and sustainable business systems. In fact, the technologies used by Team Momentum are white-labeled and proprietary to the business. Plenty of other coaches and consultants provide solutions to one or two of these crucial facets. However, only Team Momentum combines all three.

Another area that sets Alexandra and Team Momentum apart is that they do not force clients into cookie-cutter programs. Instead, clients benefit from a customized program that holistically considers their business. As a result, recommendations for changes and improvements are made in the right place, and the best results are achieved. With Team Momentum, there is an actual conscious effort to teach skills in sales that deviates from the standard sales pitch.

Alexandra hopes to extend her coaching services to also cater college-age individuals or people who are fresh out of college. Utilizing everything that she has learned through experiences both good and bad, Alexandra has the goal of developing young and ambitious entrepreneurs.
