Life has its ups and downs; many of us face different challenges every single day. It’s always important to have some motivation and support once traumatic experiences get in the way of living a normal and healthy life. That’s  why Mia GiAngelos has made it her life’s mission to motivate people through her life experiences and vast research.

Mia is a motivational speaker and author who speaks her truth on leadership, communication, recovery, dating, relationships, and self-love. Her voice has managed to impact audiences from all over the world, inciting a positive impact in communities big and small.

Mia had always dreamed of inspiring and motivating others from all walks of life. She is extremely proud of having a career where she is able to help and challenge people with diverse backgrounds. As a master life coach, she utilizes a strategic approach that combines her out-of-the-box perspectives to help people break through the barriers and challenges that they face day to day. She has managed to help people take great strides toward finding their purpose and achieving their goals.

She is a dedicated servant to her community, and she continues to work with people who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction, as well as people who have suffered from abusive relationships. Mia is also a dedicated volunteer as a victim advocate for the San Antonio Police Department, where she helps aid in sexual and domestic abuse cases. Mia is an avid supporter of the MeToo movement and has made positive impacts on her advocacies through her platform. She also greatly supports mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

She is a current Toastmasters club member and is the presiding president of her club. Mia is also a member of the Continued Education Committee. She garnered first place at her local Area International Speech Contest and managed to get third place at the Division International Speech Contest. She has made it a goal to compete again.

Mia has chosen a blossoming black rose as her logo, as it is symbolic of her dark past, which she has fully embraced and overcome. She has allowed her past to grow into something beautiful, giving her pain a purpose. She wants others to do the same and that is why she has used her platform to inspire and motivate positive change among those that she interacts with.

She created the Go “Love” Yourself Facebook group to get support from other people because she was going through a lot of problems after getting out of her last toxic relationship. In time, she learned that how she communicated with others was built on how she communicated with herself. So Mia began loving herself more and started “dating herself” in order to build better relationships with others.

In the same way that she rewired her brain, she helps others fix their trauma while retraining the language of their own brains. With all the pain that she has lived through, Mia uses the techniques that she used to overcome her own trauma to teach others how to overcome theirs. Ultimately, she wants others to start building better lives for themselves and fully recover from whatever pain they might have experienced along the way.

Mia GiAngelos continues to give hope to other individuals with broken pasts. As she forges on her own path toward helping others, it’s amazing how much positive change she has brought about to her clients and to the rest of the world.
