Stan has been consulting companies and speaking professionally for over ten years. His stage presence and virtual delivery is an effortless display of his charisma, sense of humor, and ability to connect with his audiences, helping everyone settle in for a good time. He has spoken in every U.S. state in addition to Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, the US Virgin Islands, and Canada. He is not only a speaker but also works to make every facet of any program a great success. Stan is experienced in events surrounding student life, multicultural offices, orientations, greek life, conference planners, and corporate engagements.

In addition to being a speaker and comedian, Stan is also a seasoned entrepreneur.

He founded Breathe Diversity, LLC, his consulting group. He named it after the two things people cannot live without: breathing and diversity.

Stan also created Mental Flight School, affectionately referred to as Netflix for Leaders. It is a resource focused on helping students and entrepreneurs build and develop a strong mindset. He is also the chief visionary for Virtualize Your Enterprise, which helps entrepreneurs upgrade themselves and their businesses to earn more profit and secure their virtual real estate through branding, engagement, and marketing.

Stan is known for saying, “Effort on fire beats knowledge on ice.”

The SALSA Life, Our Differences Shouldn’t Divide Us & Virtualize Your Enterprise, Stan’s featured coaching masterclasses, have turned into some of the leading engagement sessions in the country. He is adept at teaching people how to take their unique skills and craft them into a special marketing and branding message. He has coached individuals on how to be their authentic selves wherever they go.

Stan Pearson also speaks Spanish and loves to dance salsa. He is also a doting father. Two years ago, he made the commitment to spend more time with his son by cutting down his busy travel schedule by 50 percent, calling it Daddy Daycare. He says his rockstar wife Cynthia brings home the bacon, and he cooks it!

Stan plans to build a nurturing community of entrepreneurs and small business owners because of their shared experiences. What makes him unique as an entrepreneur is that he does not like to think of others as competition. Instead, he sees them as collaboration and inspiration. Stan puts his philosophy this way: “When I see others grow, it waters the seeds of my life and my work, which allows me to pour into my clients and their businesses.”

At his core, Stan sees human relationships as relatable, authentic, and organic—not transactional and cold. He believes that this viewpoint brings out the best in people. To him, clients are friends who are willing to take the journey to the top with him, not just business partners.
