Stan Pearson also speaks Spanish and loves to dance salsa. He is also a doting father. Two years ago, he made the commitment to spend more time with his son by cutting down his busy travel schedule by 50 percent, calling it Daddy Daycare. He says his rockstar wife Cynthia brings home the bacon, and he cooks it!
Stan plans to build a nurturing community of entrepreneurs and small business owners because of their shared experiences.
