Happiness U is the only company of its kind worldwide that has a brick-and-mortar location. They conduct not only personal growth classes for the community but also an integrated approach to the corporate mainstream.

Their business has helped over 150 organizations and over 10,000 people individually thrive by focusing on the advancement of mind, body, and spirit. They do this both in-person and online through seminars, classes, training, and coaching. Classes and topics cover the spectrum of personal growth, including mindfulness, life planning, finding purpose, wellness, and more.

Their programs for organizations increase productivity, teamwork, and engagement while reducing negativity, drama, and stress. The positive mindset training they provide is designed to help people find more ease in their lives and experience less worry and anxiety and more joy in their day-to-day work.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Happiness U has released additional classes relevant to the situation, which have been highly requested by other organizations for their employees.

In “Mastering the Many Facets of Change,” Alice Inoue of Happiness talks about both changes that are in our control as well as change that is out of our control. Students learn to cultivate the thoughts that foster adaptability and resilience and leave with tools and a new mindset that will support them no matter what they are going through.

In “Diminish Stress During Uncertain Times,” Alice takes students step by step through finding new perspectives that help them stay calm, centered, productive, and more at ease, even as the world swirls in uncertainty.

In “Positive Mindset for the New Normal,” Alice guides her students strategy by strategy to move through this time with certainty, positivity, and productivity.

Through these new classes, Alice hopes to reach people who make decisions to hire speakers and trainers for their company and teams. These are the people interested in helping their employees as they transition back to work while dealing with the life challenges brought on by the pandemic. Happiness U provides unique and relevant training to corporate teams to reduce anxiety and better manage shifts and changes as the world swirls in uncertainty.

Alice Inoue is a life expert and can speak/teach/train on virtually any topic ranging from the physical, mental, emotional to the spiritual.
