Online platforms are now proven to be effective in business and revenue generation. With just a tap away, everything is now on a person’s smartphone and virtually within reach. The online world has been moving faster and progressing in countless ways, and entrepreneurs are taking advantage of the opportunities.

The emerging e-commerce industry has inspired Samir Kahlot to participate in it. Because of this, he started his e-commerce business from home. He earned over a million dollars in a span of thirty days. This revenue made was all from his efforts in the four walls of his own home.

Samir Kahlot is a dropout from college. However, this situation only inspired him to pursue more in his life. In 2017, he came up intending to become a successful business owner. During that time, Samir had been working in a retail mall in Tennessee for roughly three years. During his work experience, he realized that neither a business management degree nor his current job in a retail store would allow him to have a comfortable life he always dreamed of.

Experience is the best teacher. His experience in the field of sales during his retail job from the fashion industry and the money he saved, he opted to explore and invest his savings in an embroidery machine. The embroidery machine he acquired was used for sowing hoodies and starting designing and selling clothes online.

While he has ventured into his business, he did not consider quitting his retail job. Instead, he chose to put 80% of his paycheck towards his startup clothing brand. He realized that quitting his only stream of income would be too risky. From this decision, he advises people only to quit their job once their next option starts consistently more than their primary job.

His clothing brand began developing to attract more customers and improved quality. In 2017, his way of learning was mainly anchored on what was available online. An online platform that paved the way to his learning and researching came from Google and YouTube. He also learned advertising and branding through these social media platforms. This improved his talent for marketing and design.

Fast forward to 2019, Samir was able to make his first $100,000 in a day and first $1,000,000 in a month with the brand and marketing techniques through trial and error. Mistakes indeed teach people to learn more. And it is in learning from other people’s mistakes that one becomes wiser like Samir. At 21 years old, he has built a now 8-figure brand in just under three years.

His desire to live a comfortable life pushed him to work harder and smarter. His desire for a life worthy of inspiring the younger generation has motivated him to exert efforts in achieving his goal continuously. With the main goal to help hundreds of thousands of people achieve financial freedom as he did, social media is his ticket for a brighter future.
