Entrepreneur and Author Philip Schulte has announced the release of his newest book, and its content is much different than that of his usual work. His upcoming book, The Eight H’s; A Young Person’s Guide for the “Real World” functions as a self-help guide for young people and addresses the challenging decisions and topics that young people will face in their early lives in an unbiased and unfiltered manner. According to Philip, the primary purpose of this book is to educate young individuals about these eight important topics ahead of time, as he believes many young people are not properly educated or prepared to make these decisions which carry such impactful and lasting consequences later on in life.

Philip interviewed with Daily Mail earlier in the year and spoke about the eight topics that his book homes in on. The topics include higher education, housing, hock (being in debt), high income investing, health care, being hired and the process of employment, hacks (thinking abstract), and the concept of happiness. Philip emphasized how extremely valuable knowledge in these subjects are and went on to explain that if an individual is properly educated in these areas, many mistakes can be avoided saving a substantial amount of time and money.

Schulte selected the eight categories in this book based on his own experiences before, during, and after college as well as challenges his peers openly expressed to him. Philip knew the difficulties associated with selecting a college and the financial burden that comes with it for many people. In his own college experience, Philip chased his dream of playing Division-1 football while also striving to receive the best education possible to him as a business major. When an unexpected issue occurred his freshman year, he was forced to transfer schools and ultimately ended up at 4 different universities in a 5-year span before completing his goal. During this time, Philip also ran a six-figure car sales business online. Philip explained that when he and his peers graduated and entered the “real world”, they all shared a mutual feeling of unreadiness and did not feel mentally prepared for many of the decisions that had to be made. It was through these experiences and obstacles that Philip and his Father, Philip W. Schulte, formed the idea to create a book to help young individuals avoid many of the same mistakes he himself had made.

Philip Schulte is an individual who finds happiness and fulfillment by helping others grow in all aspects. He currently co-owns a media agency located in Los Angeles where he helps both businesses and people to scale and elevate. He is also very passionate about e-commerce, health and fitness, and has recently been involved with multiple financial planning projects.
