Kasey Esser and His Team at Essers of Los Angeles Change Lives for the Better

A lifetime of fitness is a dream for many and a reality for very few. From forming healthy habits to exercising regularly in the proper way to eating healthy, balanced meals, there is a long list of things to do to be healthy and to maintain it.

What makes it even more confusing is that there’s no one way to do it. Some diets and workouts work better for others, and some might not work at all. Kasey Esser is familiar with the challenge, and so he established Essers of Los Angeles to guide anyone with the right mindset on to the path of lifelong fitness.

Essers of Los Angeles redefines the status quo of the personal fitness training industry. Most people, when they want to better their lives or get healthier, join a gym, where they may or may not quit within a few days after getting a membership. They could also join classes, where the sense of community keeps them there for a while. But typically, most programs in the market are not customized to each person. They could also hire a personal trainer, who will train with them one-on-one. But trainers usually cost at least $100 an hour. And even if some people can afford that, the cost would discourage them from exercising regularly. Plus, a one-on-one session with a trainer could never give a sense of community that can motivate you to exercise.

Essers turned that model on its head by establishing a gym with an application process, a thrice-a-week training requirement, and the most personalized semi-private model in the industry. They don’t accept just anyone; Essers evaluates each client to see if they would make a good fit for their training environment. The training program is based on numbers and facts. As for the business model, once they get through their thorough application process, the client has to take the initial, complimentary FIT assessment that they offer. The team understands that every single person is different, and as such, they will do what is best for each client to reach their goals safely and effectively. Once accepted, each client is provided their personalized program and coaching.

Essers requires each of their clients to train for a minimum of three times a week to make sure that they are held accountable and kept consistent. And the coaching staff will show no small amount of care while they progress each person at their own pace, with just the right amount of challenge.

Aside from a personalized training program, each client is also given customized nutrition coaching. This does not mean diets or meal plans. Instead, coaches work with clients to build whatever habits they want to develop to achieve long-term results. In this way, they are developing realistic strategies for enhancing nutrition and overall lifestyle.

Kasey’s revolutionary training system has borne a thriving community of over fifty fitness enthusiasts who are slowly but steadily moving along their fitness goals.
