This Real Estate Team Created A State Of The Art Technology Platform That Is Getting Properties Sold In Just A Few Days

“It’s not like anything the real estate brokerage world has ever seen before.”, says Vittorio Faricelli, the founder of The Luxury + Tech Group at Illustrated Properties in South Florida. “It’s depth, its precision and the results that come from it”.  Vittorio says his team has created “by far, the most powerful technology and marketing platform that has ever existed for selling real estate – and it’s making a massive impact.” Utilizing the technology and marketing powerhouse platform they have created, Vittorio and his team have been able to put multiple properties in contract in just a few days time with competing offers.

Vittorio and his team have been committed to being the leaders in real estate marketing technology in order to keep staying ahead of the curve to provide their seller clients the absolute highest probability of a quick and full-price sale. “We really enjoy and take pride in figuring out ways to constantly improve our strategies on the technology and marketing side. Technology is always changing, and it’s changed the way real estate is marketed and sold”.

According to Vittorio, “gone are the days where it’s acceptable to just take the same old, ABC, standard approach that used to work to sell real estate. It’s no longer enough to just take pictures, put a sign in the front yard, put it on the MLS, host an open house, and wait for the phone to ring. But unfortunately, that’s, in fact, the approach the vast majority of realtors are still taking – when in reality, there’s an entire world of in-depth marketing and technology that dramatically increases the probability of selling the property quickly and for the highest price”.

One of the facets of the platform works by locating and being able to market directly to the exact buyer profile that is most likely to purchase your type of home. This is when the technology platform really “works its magic”.  For example, Vittorio has been hired to sell a very unique property for $3.5million in Wellington, Florida – the equestrian capital of the world.  It also happens to be the property is also in an aeronautical, or “fly-in” community where you can fly your private jet directly into the community’s private runway, and taxi your plane right into the private hangar of the house.  Using the technology, Vittorio can actually identify a very specific pool of buyers that have the highest probability of purchasing this type of home.  He searched for individuals with a net worth of over $10 million, that own or have a history of chartering private jets into South Florida, and that have equestrian related interests.  Imagine being able to target the exact buyers for your home?  It’s extremely powerful.

This tech platform works for any type of property, but the most valuable for ultra luxury properties where the buyer pools are relatively much smaller and very specific.

Vittorio is committed to being the leader in providing the highest level of service to his clients. “There are so many great, experienced agents in our market,” he says. “But we still have not encountered anyone else doing what we do in the tech space, which is a significant factor in why we believe we are, hands down, the #1 agents to list with right now in South Florida”.
