Three years ago, 100 million Dollar Mansion Opus hit the market and broke the internet with the most viewed real estate video in the world. Last year, The Weeknd and Richard Lewis both purchased a penthouse for 25 million Dollars in Beverly Hills, while Zhavia Ward’s first music video reached 18 million views in 24 hours. At the same time, an unknown fragrance company sold a bottle of perfume for 1.8 million dollars.

While all these things seem unrelated, one doesn’t have to look hard to find the common denominator. It is French Producer and Creative Director Maxime Rancon who orchestrated and produced the advertising campaigns delivering such impressive results, making him one of the most demanded and bankable commercial producer and director in Los Angeles at only 29.

Since 2017, Rancon was appointed Creative Director of the luxury label Morreale Paris which holds the record for the most expensive fragrance in the world. He is also the founder of the award-winning marketing agency The Rancon Company and was assigned Creative Director of one of the most exclusive luxury residences in Beverly Hills, the Beverly West. The Frenchman oversaw the rebranding of the twenty two story edifice situated on the famous Wilshire Boulevard, resulting in over $50 million dollars in sales.

An impressive resume for a young entrepreneur who seems to only be warming up as we learned from the Rancon Company that he just released a book about creative advertising available on Amazon and is currently producing a feature film with Rebecca Kennedy, Kristina Klebe, Belle Adams and Danielle Kennedy, directed by the up and coming French cinematographer Pierre Tsigaridis, coming out late 2020. We cannot wait to see it.
