Reading Time: 5 mins read

Leah Moe is a young and goal-oriented broker from Hillsboro, Oregon. Known for her innovative practices and in-depth marketing knowledge on her craft, Leah has devoted her life to serving her clients. Working full-time and around the clock to offer a substantial solution, Leah’s drive for success is and will always be in full-throttle. As a young businesswoman, most of her cases revolve around first-time buyers. Although young at age, her wits and smarts have taken her to achieve different feats, which resulted in making her a young yet imminent threat to her competitors.

Through the years that she has been living in Northwest Oregon, Leah has a thorough understanding of the community like the back of her hand. Leah Moe attended Portland Community College after finishing her high school studies at Glencoe High. After getting her real estate broker’s license, Leah dove right into the fray. Starting as a personal assistant for Chase McAnear, Leah quickly learned the path and course of real estate.

Following Chase’s footsteps, Leah took note of different tricks, methods, and tips which she then uses in her transactions. With her quick wits and a broad scope of knowledge in real estate, Leah has earned a spot as the Vice President of Lux Properties just recently.

Lux Properties is an independent brokerage firm that is known for high demands on highly-driven brokers. As far as elites go, Lux Properties is the embodiment of a stable yet flexible brokerage to date. Also known for the unrivaled dedication for customer satisfaction, Lux Properties provides clients competitive solutions. Lux Properties, together with the leadership and guidance from Leah, has made known to the public that they are not the typical brokerage you’ll find anywhere. Likewise, creating a deeper connection and long-term relationship is what Lux Properties and Leah abide with.

Leah stated that she wants her PR to target people in Oregon State as she is licensed in the area. Targeting people from around the Portland Metro area, Leah wants to provide a solution to prospective clients who are looking for a new house or real estate. Also, Leah started utilizing other methods in targeting specific individuals in the market. Using provocative means like Social Media to entice and appeal to younger generations and PR for older folks.

For Leah and Lux Properties achieving a concrete goal circumvents hard work and persistence. Often working 24 hours each day, Leah makes sure to leave an imprint to her valued clients. She wants to let them know that she is always available for her clients when they need her. Leah also mentioned that her age does not limit her motivation but instead increases her drive to create and sustain several returning clientele. She made a courageous decision to create a rare and genuine relationship between her and her clients. Leah also uses each transaction as a deciding factor to learn, create opportunities, and to improve one’s self along the way.

Leah is still seeking other ways of providing a better solution for the customer and her company. She mentioned that, although she is new to this firm and industry, her goals for PR is to have a stronger Google presence and to create brand awareness. She envisions potential clients to take her as their realtor and making her social media as a place to curate sustainable resources.
