Jordan Taran aka Taran Beats is an up and coming producer in the Madison Area. Recently, scoring placements in Minnesota, Texas, Seattle and even across the globe in China. Taran’s music career thus far hasn’t been easy by any means. Since starting college he’s had to fight through a serious mental illness and it’s gave him a different outlook on life and music.

Taran currently is enrolled as a full time college student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison pursuing a degree in Economics. Ever since arriving at college Taran has dealt with mental health issues and seriously struggled with them this past year. During his fight he’s sought to help others fight the same thing he’s going through, doing so my volunteering at his college.

Fighting through his mental illness gave Taran the mindset that whatever he does in life he wants to ultimately help others. Past experiences can make or break someone as a person. And Taran’s past experiences have made him better as a person and a producer. Producing music has helped Taran cope with mental illness and he wants his music to help do the same for others. Can’t wait to see what 2020 brings for Taran Beats.
