Jay Gauthier Jr. inspires others to achieve big in their life. He comes from a very normal family and there is no one in his family with an experience of handling money or running companies. Jay faced a high number of challenges in the path of running a successful financial management and leadership development company. He says a successful entrepreneur makes his own decisions without getting influenced by others.

In the next five years, he is aiming to run an organization of around 2500 advisors to help the community reach an entirely different level. He aims to run successful non-profit organizations and expand his company to all 50 US states.
