  3. Warm water also helps to reduce heat the body. If one feels fatigued or tired, the use of warm water can be highly beneficial.
  4. Consumption of warm water helps one to maintain the energy level and hence maintain overall health.
  5. Those who suffer from gastric troubles, acidity and headache must consume warm water as it can directly affect the digestion system and helps one to get relief quickly.
  6. Regular use of warm water can help one to lose weight, maintain body shape and tone the body.

When to drink warm water?

Though one can drink warm water anytime, the best time to have the benefits of warm water is morning. One needs to consume 1-litre warm water with empty stomach in the morning. This can help him to clean the digestion system and have a fresh day. At the frequency of one hour, one can go for warm water as per requirement. One should drink 400 to 500 ml at a time. It helps to quench the thirst and also keep the body hydrated.
