Toyota is all set to build its fourth hybrid vehicle battery plant. And it is going to be in China. This decision comes after Beijing Government supports the low emission rate autos. This is an environment friendly way, which saves resources and money.

China’s hybrid vehicle battery plant will come to life in 2021. And it will have the capacity of creating 100,000 batteries in a single year. But it wants to quadruple the amount, which takes the number to 400,000.

Many battery plants are in motion after China’s decision to make it fuel free. PEVE, Primearth EV Energy, produces nickel metal hydride batteries for hybrids. It is an amazing step. PEVE took this joint venture with another factory in the Jiangsu Province.

It is no surprise that more than 80% of PEVE belongs to Toyota. And the rest of the shares belongs to Panasonic. Now, Beijing advocates use of new energy vehicles and hybrids, like the electric cars and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. This is the best way for anyone who is searching for ‘Toyota near me‘ to combat pollution in big cities. Most of the emissions are from vehicles. Cutting down this part of the polluted air, greatly enhances the air quality.

One of the world’s most widely sold hybrid vehicles- Prius belongs to Toyota. Not many could have thought this. Hybrids are easy to sell because customers know they don’t need fuel stations but just battery charging.

Internal Combustion engines and electric cars are the new endorsed trend in Beijing. And it is immensely environment healthy.
