Toyota is the most trusted company not just in India but in many places around the world. The company’s trust worthiness comes from the fact that it never stops improving on its features. An Orange County Toyota dealer shared that Toyota now wants to work on the safety feature that prevents accidents.

Many step on the accelerator instead of the brake. This causes many accidents, and lead to many losses. Toyota Motor Corp has an idea about introducing a safety feature that prevents such accidents.

Yomiuri Newspaper reported that someone inside the Motors discussed the fact with them. If you step on the gas pedal then it quickly accelerates. It is unavoidable and at times, dangerous.

Even Prime Minister Shinzo Abe wants improvements in the feature of the gas pedals. He wants measures to counter the accidents that happen this way, by silly mistakes. It is mostly the case with elderly drivers, and should be avoided at any cost.

In Japan, the death toll of elderly drivers reached 460. It is an all time high. Even he National Police Agency drew attention to this case. They also think that the reason for the accidents of elderly is because they mistake the accelerator for brake. A new design of vehicles for senior citizens is on the way by Toyota at the request of the Prime Minister.

The vehicle will be affordable within a range of $472 or maybe less. This way it will be available to all. And the senior citizens will be safe while driving on the roads.
