Tyler Tysdal’s Motivation Behind Freedom Factory

Before starting Freedom Factory, Tyler dealt with equity funds and investment portfolios. He started this business because he knew many sellers do not receive the deserved amount on selling their companies. That’s why he felt it essential to let people know how to break a deal.

Both Tyler and Robert have framed many videos in their career of working in Freedom Factory, on how to get the maximum value out of your business. When they asked some entrepreneurs, why they don’t buy businesses at such prices, the reply they got baffled them. There aren’t many buyers like private equity or venture capitalists who have 2 million in stock to buy a business. And this very truth needed to be shared with the people who are selling or buying the businesses.

Help from the Videos

Robert then made a video on how to buy a business, through equity or through debt. They broadcast such videos three times a week. So anyone looking for advice on how to sell or buy a business can take a lesson from them.

Here is 1 of the popular videos of Robert Hirsch that shares some of the secrets of selling a business. It talks about everything we discussed above, about what motivated them to begin this company and how sellers can benefit from these secrets.

In his career before working in this company, Tyler had also been a part of several entrepreneurial ventures. He was the Managing Partner of TIVIS Capital. TIVIS Capital developed service in homes, sports and home entertainment, as well as the health care market and Tyler was a massive part of it.

Working there, he realized the very fact that the entrepreneurs produce jobs. And that’s what will improve the economy. So, when he helps an entrepreneur improve, he feels like he is doing a service.

About Freedom Factory

Freedom Factory is a learning place for entrepreneurs. It is the best place to know how to strike a deal and get the maximum benefit out of it. Tyler Tysdal and Robert Hirsch are all set on helping entrepreneurs learn maximum from them.

So if you are interested in selling your business as well, you can reach out to Tyler Tysdal at Freedom Factory for a free business appraisal. Here is how you can contact the entrepreneur:
