People say stress and corporate life will always go hand in hand, but creative stress management and fitness coach Sarah Alysse believes there’s a way out. For over a decade, she has helped thousands of professionals across the country reduce their stress by targeting multiple areas in their lifestyle from the inside.

Sarah Alysse is the founder of Live Well Enhance You. In her company, she serves corporate executives by developing fun SOULutions to address their stressors, both in their personal and professional lives. While the pursuit may appear daunting, the coach has established a results-driven system called Enhance Your Life. The program examines critical areas within a person’s lifestyle and empowers them to reach their potential.

With her expertise, Sarah Alysse has gained recognition from some of the most prominent media platforms today, including Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, and the US Reporter. The stress management coach has also been in a featured segment as the Stress Management expert on ‘Around Town’ during the show WGN Chicago’s Morning News, and on  WGN’s Living Healthy as the lead bellicon (rebounding) instructor in Chicago.

Much like her clients, Sarah Alysse has gone through challenges. It was only in her college years when Sarah began taking care of her health. “Dance was always a fundamental component of my Music Theater studies at Columbia College Chicago, but I struggled with balance and core stability. Within a few pilates sessions I was already able to reap the benefits,” said the coach. Later on, her interest in pilates led Sarah to rediscover her passion for fitness.

And so, she took courses from STOTT Plates and earned a certificate to be an instructor. The experience allows her to explore the connection with her mind and body entirely, and Sarah Alysse seeks for her clients to achieve the same self-awareness. Eventually she obtained additional credentials, including an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Keiser’s Cycling Foundations Instructor and Master Trainer for bellicon move, bellicon bounce, and bellicon circle.

With her understanding of the brain-body connection, paired with her Musical Theater background, she is remarkably qualified to expertly serve her clients and encourage them to dig deeper into their core. Sarah Alysse shared that her passion for stress management coaching developed when her father was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer. Her father’s passing inspired her to provide corporate professionals with the necessary tools to find a balance between their personal and career life so they can spend more time with their loved ones.

“I use my knowledge to help people get to the root of their health concerns with my Three Pillar Solutions to Success: stress management, fitness, and nutrition,” said Sarah Alysse. By establishing mindfulness in such areas, Sarah believes that her clients can perform even more to reach their maximum potential. “I have trained a variety of clients but specialize in athletic conditioning, prenatal and postnatal, and post-surgery rehabilitation,” she added.

Amid the pandemic, Sarah Alysse is especially motivated to help professionals achieve a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Within the digital space, she hopes to help others from the comfort of their homes. Sarah recently launched her podcast called Stress Free SOULutions with Sarah, with stress reduction tips and insights from a collection of guest experts. The Stress Management coach is also in the process of writing a book which shares her journey and aims to help others cope with their challenges.
