Bernard Bonner is regarded as the number 1 business consultant in the whole of the United State of America. He has been in the industry for 25 years. And in those 25 years, he has turned clients’ businesses into 3 to 5 times bigger than how it was within the first year of working with them. He has the excellent skill of turning around the business from being owner-dependent to being owner-independent where the business can operate without the owner being there all the time.

Bernard’s client profile is widespread, being in different industries like construction, manufacturing, transportation, trucking, and logistics to name a few. He has also worked with several A-list celebrities toward reaching higher heights of their career or the businesses they are into. His client profile is very diverse. The reason behind this is that he believes that the kind of industry the business owner is in does not matter because the problems the business owners face are just about the same. The real question here is whether or not the business owner is willing to commit to change for the betterment of the business and his success.

His favorite people to work with are small to medium-sized business owners. He believes that America’s success is driven by the success of small to medium-sized business owners, like the then small mom-and-pop business in Honolulu, Hawaii, which is now the number 1 company in its industry. Bernard has been dedicating his life to ensuring that small to medium-sized businesses and their owners become successful and even into surpassing their goals so that, in return, they can offer their assistance and do the same to other small to medium-sized businesses.

Business Development International Inc. and Bernard offer a third-party analysis to objectively identify what the real issues the business owner is facing, what is causing those issues, why those issues continue to exist in the business, how much those issues cost them in the form of lost revenue and net profit, what is needed to be done to mitigate those issues, how these actions can be made with the existing resources the business have, and how much additional profit can be made as a result of mitigating those issues. From there, business owners can make logically reasonable decisions rather than decisions that are products of their emotions at the moment.

Bernard has so much trust in his work and he knows that the client will be overjoyed with it that the services he offers will only be paid once the job is done and the client is satisfied with what he has done. That is to say that if in case the client is not 100% happy and content with the outcome, the client is not obligated to pay for the services received.
