In a recently available report, it has been found that the director is going to team up with the actor, Christian Bale for his upcoming project ‘Valhalla’. The producer, John Lesher will produce it under his production company, Le Grisbi. No details about the plot of the new project have been revealed but it is percolating at Netflix.

Both Christian Bale and Scott Cooper Miami had earlier worked for the film, Hostiles in the past and they enjoy strong chemistry with each other on the set. And there are rumors that Joel Edgerton may join the team, although there is no official declaration from his side about the same. The news is in the air that both Cooper and Lesher have been working on their new film titled, Over Tumbles graves, which is most likely to be an adaptation of Jess Walter’s acclaimed thriller with the same title, which involves a female detective as she looks for a serial killer in Spokane, Washington.

The interesting thing associated with this news is that Cooper will be dealing with a female-driven serial killer thriller. It is in sharp contrast to his previous men based macho movies such as Crazy Heart, Out of the Furnace, Black Mass, and Hostiles. And in his next film, Antler, he will also be directing a female protagonist, Keri Russel. Other than all his projects, Cooper is likely to work at a rapid rate with Bale on his upcoming project, Valhalla. Although Netflix is eyeing on many projects, both V.I.N and Valhalla are going to be on the top of its priority list.
