Are you able to remain calm when there is chaos surrounding you?

Life is like a roller coaster…full of ups and downs, constant twists and turns and it can be difficult to see what lies ahead. We tend to associate words like hurt, pain and regret with our past and stress, worry, fear and anxiety with our future. What we don’t realize is that if we focus on being “present” we can reach a state of “calmness” within ourselves. This state can help guide us in making better choices for our future and stop repeating patterns from our past.

Alice Law is not only an author, speaker, podcaster and Stress Management and Holistic Performance Coach but she has been studying self- development for the past eight years. However, she maintains it has been her most prominent life experiences of the past ten years that have allowed her to have her own unique insights into stress and her own way of thinking to help bring the best out of those she works with.

Alice offers programs and solutions for her clients so they can self-sustain and continue to both overcome and prevent stress, while increasing their performance in both their professional and personal lives. Her main aim is to re-connect leaders with their calmest, clearest and most energized self that is free from negative self-talk, stress and a much deeper connection to their core self (soul). Alice’s programs are specifically designed to tackle and prevent stress, to get you back to your balance and into a positive, focused and productive space which many Entrepreneurs can use in today’s stressful times. The Lawali Life programs contain a variation of Mindset, Stress Management, Mindfulness, Energy Education, Meditation and Spirituality as tools for moving you forward. This allows you to create new pathways in your thinking and help you to feel grounded, balanced and calm.
