Steve Trang Went From Engineer To Real Estate Disruptor: Find Out How He Did It And How He Wants To Help 100 People Become Millionaires

Steve Trang spent years in the world of Intel before he first got interested in the real estate industry. Today, he is the founder of the Real Estate Disruptors movement, which helps real estate business leaders get to the next level.

For Steve, his journey into the world of real estate started when he began to purchase investment properties. He was an engineer, but his job was not fulfilling. In 2007, he earned his real estate license.

“When I began working with a real estate broker, I realized that I wanted to do what he was doing. What I love about real estate is the limitless potential.” Steve recounts.

Fast forward to today, Steve is the broker and owner of Stunning Homes Realty. He knew he wanted to change the home selling experience because it is one of the most stressful events for most people. His purpose is to eliminate that feeling and make each experience as smooth as possible.

“Since starting the brokerage in 2013, Stunning Homes Realty has over 100 agents. In the greater Phoenix area, this company has almost a 1% market share. In 2019, 1 in every 135 homes was sold by Stunning Homes Realty.” Steve shares.

In addition to this, Steve is the author of the book “Selling Your Home for Top Dollar: 12 Proven Strategies from Top Real Estate Agents for Getting Your Home Sold Fast at the Best Price,” and he is also the creator of the OfferFast Homes app.

“The purpose of the app is to help wholesalers jump start their career faster by putting all of the buyers in one place.” Steve explains. “The hope is to minimize the challenge of building a buyer list when getting started in wholesaling.”

Steve is also the founder of the Real Estate Disruptors movement, which is characterized by their podcast that has over ten thousand followers. In each episode, new community members share their success stories and business ideas. The Real Estate Disruptors also have a YouTube channel with over 15,000 subscribers, where they upload videos with new content almost every week.

As a Realtor, Steve has been a top 40 agent in Phoenix out of 40,000 agents. This is partly because he has sold at least a hundred houses per year, and because he offers its customers a set of guarantees that help them succeed.

“If we don’t sell a client’s home in a certain time, we’ll sell it for free and if we don’t sell it at all, we’ll buy it. That really gives our clients confidence in our abilities.” Steve adds.

Steve’s legacy will be to help create a hundred millionaires. He wants to be known as a serial entrepreneur that wants to help build more entrepreneurs. Especially because he also had to face obstacles when he was first getting started.

“I was overconfident when I started.” Steve admits. “I received many humility lessons, including the housing recession from 2008 to 2011. I faced foreclosure, racked up lots of credit card debt, and had lots of intensely emotional arguments with my wife.”

Nonetheless, Steve was still able to start six businesses before the age of 40 and grossed six million just in 2019. With his experience, he wants to help a hundred people get to the next level. In fact, he has a sales training program and trains some of the top wholesalers in the country.

“I like to take new ideas, test them on my businesses, and share what works for me.” Steve says.

His desire to help others and share knowledge is what differentiates Steve Trang from his competition. Just so, one of his favorite quotes is from the great Zig Ziglar: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
