Creating an Unforgettable Guest Experience

How does Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar stay informed about hospitality and luxury experience trends?

We stay engaged with the industry by attending top hospitality conferences, collaborating with luxury brand consultants, and networking with experts in fine dining and mixology. But the most valuable insights come from our guests. We pay close attention to what they want—more than ever, people seek spaces that feel both exclusive and inviting. Trends will always evolve, but the core of hospitality is making people feel special, and that never changes.

What motivates and drives your team to create an exceptional guest experience?

Luxury should feel effortless. The best experiences don’t feel forced—they just flow. My team understands that every guest interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day, whether they’re celebrating something big or just stopping in for a quiet drink. That mindset is what keeps us focused on delivering truly exceptional service.

How do training and mentorship contribute to the growth and development of your staff?

Hospitality is about more than just service—it’s about storytelling and connection. Training at Liam’s isn’t just about learning how to make a cocktail; it’s about understanding the experience we’re creating. We emphasize mentorship, encouraging our team to anticipate guest needs, refine their craft, and take pride in their role. When employees feel empowered, that energy translates directly into how they interact with guests.

Evolving with the Market

What initiatives is your team currently working on to ensure Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar stays ahead in the Las Vegas market?

We’re always evolving. Right now, we’re expanding our Whiskey & Bourbon of the Month program, launching a Champagne and Wine Tasting Series, and introducing seasonal crafted cocktails that showcase premium ingredients. We’re also enhancing our private event offerings to create more tailored experiences for guests looking for intimate, high-end gatherings.

Are there any emerging trends or innovative concepts in hospitality that excite or challenge you?

Experiential luxury is shaping the future of hospitality—people don’t just want a great drink, they want a story, a moment, something they can take with them. Guests today expect personalization, whether that’s a curated tasting experience or a signature cocktail designed just for them. The challenge is delivering that level of service while keeping the atmosphere warm and inviting. We never want to lose the personal touch that makes Liam’s so special.

When attracting new talent, what qualities or experience do you value most?

Hospitality is about mindset more than experience. Technical skills can be taught, but graciousness, intuition, and attention to detail are what truly matter. We look for people who take pride in making others feel comfortable. A great bartender or server doesn’t just deliver a drink—they create an experience, and that’s what we focus on when building our team.

Fostering a Strong Team Culture

What unique benefits do you offer employees to retain top-tier talent in the competitive hospitality space?

We invest in our team the way we invest in our guest experience. Employees at Liam’s receive competitive pay, access to mentorship programs, industry networking events, and ongoing professional development. But beyond the tangible benefits, we foster an environment where people feel valued. When employees know they’re part of something special, they naturally deliver exceptional service.

What challenges do your employees face, and how do you support them in overcoming these obstacles?

The biggest challenge in hospitality is consistency under pressure—Las Vegas is fast-paced, and every guest expects perfection. We support our team through continuous training, clear communication, and making sure no one feels like they’re navigating challenges alone. We work as a team, and that makes all the difference.

How do you measure employee performance, and what methods ensure continuous improvement?

Performance isn’t just about technical skills—it’s about guest satisfaction, teamwork, and personal growth. We track this through guest feedback, peer reviews, and structured check-ins, ensuring every team member has a clear path to success. We also encourage open dialogue—some of our best improvements come from staff suggestions, and that’s something we actively encourage.

How does Liam’s encourage creativity and innovation to enhance the guest experience?

Creativity is what keeps us evolving. We hold monthly innovation meetings where the team can pitch new drink concepts, service enhancements, and event ideas. Bartenders are encouraged to craft signature cocktails, and we collaborate on seasonal menu updates to keep things exciting. Liam’s is a living, breathing space that evolves with both our team and our guests.

A Commitment to Timeless Hospitality

As the conversation came to a close, Paul reflected on what Liam’s represents.

“When I opened Liam’s, I wanted to create a space that feels as warm and inviting as it is elegant. I want people to walk in and instantly feel at home, whether they’re here for a special celebration or just looking for a quiet, beautiful place to unwind. Luxury isn’t about exclusivity—it’s about how an experience makes you feel. That’s what we strive to offer every single day.”

Under Gina Paul’s leadership, Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar continues to redefine the luxury lounge experience in Las Vegas. With a commitment to authenticity, innovation, and heartfelt hospitality, it remains a standout destination for those who appreciate quality, elegance, and genuine connection.

A special thanks to Gina Paul for sharing her insights and vision for Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar—a place where luxury meets warmth and hospitality is always personal.
