Sonic Drive-In has Launched a Customer Survey Program in its 3,500 Restaurants in the US

American drive-in fast-food restaurant chain, Sonic Drive-In has launched a customer survey program in all its 3,500 restaurants in 43 states in the US. The customer survey program is named as Talktosonic and it is allowing the company to know what services customers mostly like and what improvements they want in products.

The survey program not only benefits the company but it is also benefiting the customers a lot. Sonic Drive-In is providing many gifts and discount cards on certain products to the customers after filling the survey form. Customers can get free drinks on their next visit after filling the Takltosonic survey. This is a good opportunity for regular customers, where they can get free drinks along with their food.

Sonic Drive-In is allowing the customers to visit the website portal to participate in the online survey. And it is only for Sonic Drive-In’s customers. The customers can use their recent bill to participate in the survey.
