How often do you feel overwhelmed? Stuck in a rut? Caught in a restless sea of overactive and harmful thinking? Poor mental health is something we can all fall victim to, and if it’s left to fester, it can leak out and spoil your mood, your motivation, your passion and your progress towards your goals.

With the past two years of adversity that was felt by all, it is imperative to maintain our mental well-being; while making sure not to get stuck in a rut. Thankfully, there are plenty of inspiring resources for inspiration and motivation that can keep you on your track.

Angie Manson personally swears by engaging in physical activity and putting effort into challenging her body as the key tool for simultaneously developing her mind and shaping her life. Angie has been on an incredible journey; starting with experimenting with drugs and alcohol at 11-years old, to CEO and Co-Owner of one of the top rated addiction recovery centers in the United States.  Angie has dedicated herself to a life of service; to the rehabilitation and personal development of others, helping them build themselves up while introducing life-giving modalities to implement into their everyday life, which leads them to create the life of their dreams.  Angie prides herself on smashing her preconceived limits and accomplishing her goals along the way.

Angie’s rehabilitation centers, Elevate Addiction Services, an award winning recovery facility, have been her way to give back to her community after she found the support she needed to get her own life on track, and she believes incorporating fitness and physical health has also been a key part to the effectiveness of the treatment programs, even going so far as to implement a certified CrossFit facility.  She says; “I have found my true passion and purpose, which is to help others who are struggling with addiction, and I’m beyond grateful to be put on the path to live my true calling.”

Angie’s personal fitness journey has seen her in getting involved in many fitness communities and challenges, including taking on ownership of her own CrossFit franchise.  Angie also completed ‘The Murph Challenge’- which saw her undergo a 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, followed by another 1 mile run, all in a 20 lb vest all a worldwide charity fundraiser event dedicated to the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

If overcoming multiple physically intense challenges and events every year wasn’t enough, Angie also implements the world renowned Wim Hoff’s practices into her routine, which involves immersing in freezing ice baths in order to overcome both physical environment and master your mental environment by challenging and stimulating your body.

Angie continues to push herself further, finding true satisfaction in her journey of self-mastery and loving the process of building the body, mind, habits and lifestyle that carry her further into success, and serving as inspiration for others who want more, but are held back by self-doubt, low self-esteem, or addictive behaviors. She’s been there, and wants to make sure everybody knows that they have the power to climb out of that life and into something better if they want. “I believe in doing the work every day to be successful, as this is how you continue to reap the rewards. Angie explains, “My grandparents are my biggest inspiration as they always believed in me, and my Mom, who taught me through tough love.”
