Michelle Vega Turns Agents Into Successful Investors

If you wanted to learn about classical music, who would you rather go to for advice: a rapper, or a professional violinist? Well, the violinist, of course.

But music is music, isn’t it? Couldn’t you really ask either one and get the same answers?

Of course not. Although both of these are examples of the same field – music – and they are similar in many ways, the artist’s approach and execution are completely different.

It’s the same in the world of real estate. Yes, someone could go to any Realtor and learn about basic buying and selling, but real estate also has more than one approach, and not all Realtors have the same goals and methods of operation.

Michelle Vega has made it her business to set herself apart from other Realtors, and there’s no doubt that she has succeeded. It’s not just her journey or marketing approach, although those are also unique in their own ways, it’s her vision of real estate in general.

When Michelle first set out into the workforce, she had nothing but a suitcase and a drive to make it big in a sales position. At age 18, she approached several different businesses in search of a place with them, but continually found herself turned away because of her age. People didn’t think someone so young would be able to properly advise people in making large financial decisions. But she knew better, and, after a few years of running into these issues, she decided she would remove the obstacles created by other people and work for herself. She obtained her real estate license and got to work.

At first, Michelle spent a lot of her time focusing on helping people get into new homes, and made a name for herself as someone who was willing to work hard and always do her best to get her clients exactly what they needed. But, as she gained more knowledge and closed more transactions, she began to realize that real estate could provide income and success on other levels as well. Homes were definitely something special on their own, each one meaning a new way of life for a family, but Michelle saw that they could be something more. They could also be used to build a bright financial future.

This young entrepreneur seized the opportunity to grow in a new way, and purchased an investment property for herself. After all, if something is good for the customer it should also be good for the advisor. As she began to see the investment benefits grow, she took what she was learning and applied it to another investment property. And then another…and another…

Fast-forward four years, and Michelle Vega owns 32 investment properties, and is continually proving to her clients and team of 25 agents that this is possible for anyone who is willing to put in the effort. Michelle spends much of her time teaching those who work with her how to make these impressive gains in their own lives, which is a large part of why her team has grown so quickly and continues to expand. Realtors that join Michelle’s team do so with a vision to do more than just deal in property sales. They all share a common goal of investing and teaching clients how to do the same, and this is why Michelle puts so much time into teaching them how to replicate her own success. Many new agents and newly licensed Realtors have found a home in Michelle’s team, and have implemented the practices she has taught them, making themselves into a group of investors that know the housing market inside and out from many different perspectives. Naturally, this has created a team that can draw on their own experience when advising clients, and are in a position to advise those who are willing to look into real estate from more than just a buyer-seller angle.

Michelle Vega continues to bring in new agents, and enjoys taking them under her wing, where they are turned into well-rounded, capable Realtors that are able to help nearly any client turn their existing real estate into an investment that could change their life.
