Of course, every year, before graduating from the military bachelor’s degree of the Army Officers of the Army Institute, everyone must be sworn in.  This ceremony has been going on for a long time, not only before the graduation ceremony, even before taking office in the Royal Government, you have to take an oath in front of the official.  What does this mean?  This ceremony is to be a message to remind each soldier to be vigilant and remember the merits of the ancestors who sacrificed fresh meat and fresh blood to protect the territorial integrity of the King, the people … Therefore, every soldier must be loyal and be the successor of the next generation, must be loyal to the motherland, protect the throne, protect the Prime Minister, protect the people and must defeat all unscrupulous people who want to make a color revolution to cause unrest  the nation.  The ancient belief is that any person who has an unfaithful mind who violates the oath will be punished by the sacred objects.  All in all, this swearing-in ceremony has so many meanings that it can not be described at all.  It should be noted that Mr. SAMBATH RAKSA and his peers (Student Army Officer Promotion 8), a total of 237 Students Army Officer were sworn in in front of the Win Win Memorial  on February 6, 2020 under the presidency of General ETH SARATH, Deputy Commander,  Chiefs of Joint Staff of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
