In April 2022, an exceptional group of some of the world’s best wind and stringed instrumentalists will come together for the first time.

ATSUKO SUETOMI (world famous Koto player) and YUKI MIYATA (world famous Harp player) are well-known across Europe and the world for giving earth-shattering concerts at various sites, as well as participating in humanitarian efforts all over the globe. This year, they will be teaming up to organize a music tour in the 2 major cities of Turkey.

In this music tour, 2 recitals will take place.

1 – First recital will feature Atsuko Suetomi, Yuki Miyata and Bülent Evcil

2 – Second recital will feature Atsuko Suetomi, Yuki Miyata and Onur Turkes

This recital concept was created by Japanese instrumentalists as a way to play music with active frontline players, cross the national boundaries, and respect each other’s countries and cultures in order to strengthen and expand relationships through music.

On April 10, the much-anticipated tour will begin in Ankara, Turkey’s capital and second-largest city after Istanbul. As per our expectations, in this tour, music lovers will see the performances by Atsuko Suetomi as Koto player, Yuki Miyata as Harp player, and Bülent Evcil as Flutist Player of the National Istanbul Symphony Orchestra. CSO MAVİ SALON will be sponsoring this show on April 10th.

Next show will be held on April 13th at Turkish Japanese Foundation Culture Center. This will be sponsored by Turkish Japanese Foundation. Along with Atsuko Suetomi and Yuki Miyata, this show is also expected to feature Onur Turkes, the Guest player and Chief Flutist of Samson National Opera Ballet.

The 3rd show will be held on 20th April at Yeldegirmeni Sanat in Istanbul. The performers from the 1st show will be featuring in this 3rd show as well.
