Denver-based Brand Brain Media, led by Marine veteran Eric Leopardi, is demonstrating it’s dedication to solving global supply chain woes by building US-based manufacturing while investing in women and immigrant entrepreneurs across the USA.

Sanitizing wipe startup Germ Aide® had become fatally hamstrung by lengthy import delays and rising shipping costs from their original manufacturing supplier in China, causing their founder, Inessa Vulfova, to pivot her focus to technology investments.

In keeping with Eric Leopardi’s commitment to investing in US jobs, US infrastructure, and investment in women and immigrant-owned startups, he acquired Germ Aide®, immediately building an Ohio-based manufacturing facility while simultaneously financing Vulfovas’ new technology venture, Lewpr, interest-free and without accepting equity.

The move comes as Leopardi’s brainchild, Brand Brain Media, recently received an audited valuation of more than $1 Billion. Having financed Brand Brain Media out of his own pocket, the recent valuation makes Leopardi a rare billionaire tech entrepreneur, ranking him among the top 100 wealthiest celebrities of all time.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Leopardi began his career as a child voice actor for Paramount before climbing the ranks onto the roster of the ultra-exclusive William Morris Endeavor. After more than 20 years in the industry, Leopardi pivoted his focus to Brand Brain Media in 2019 growing the media organization into a billion-dollar empire.

The youngest of six children, Leopardi split his time between his homes in Denver and Los Angeles until the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. After more than six months of lockdown, Leopardi sold his California property and began living in Denver full-time. In late 2021, Leopardi relocated to the southern United States.

Brand Brain Media was one of very few companies that produced growth through the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving more than 700% year-over-year growth from 2020 to 2021. Leopardi produced EBITA growth of more than 2,200% during a time when 1 in 5 businesses were closing their doors, spurring multiple acquisition offers from public and private companies alike.

Leopardi’s manufacturing and eCommerce brand Germ Aide® is currently available for acquisition and is listed with Donna Byers of Latona’s, the country’s oldest brokerage of online businesses.
