Over the last few years, we have witnessed different trends in music. With multiple genres, fast-paced tunes and DJ tracks are dominating the charts. In the music industry, Disc Jockeying has been a rage for more than a decade. Among various DJs and music composers, Aleksey Chertkovski has established himself as a top-notch name in the music world. The supremely talented musician is known for his compositions that were played on well-known radio stations like Tomorrowland One World Radio, DJ Mag, NRG Radio, Europa Plus, Radio Record, DFM, Megapolis FM and Purified Radio.

Worked with the likes of Savaya formerly known as Omnia, the talented musician has been associated with major projects of Odyssey, Mantra Productions and Cekta. Chertkovski’s immense love for music saw the birth of the Reverse Festival which he founded earlier this year. The first party under the festival turned out to be a hit in Europe. Moreover, he had even performed 354 metres above the ground on the roof of Moscow city. The celebrated musician in the past had released a track with Russian singer Vlad Sokolovsky. The remix track was released on Miss Monique’s music label Siona Records.

With an experience of 13 years in the music industry, Aleksey has mastered his art as a songwriter and has learnt different directions of music. His musical project ‘Chertkovski’ was created at the most difficult time when the COVID-19 pandemic dismantled the entire globe. In the initial times of the pandemic crisis, the situation was difficult but Aleksey Chertkovski kept the momentum going by creating different music.

As far as his new work goes, the DJ recently released his track ‘Mantra’ on Shango Records. His music was played at the biggest events like the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia and the UEFA European Championship in 2016. Chertkovsky’s composition won first place in an international competition organized by the German music company Magix Music Maker. He plays in areas such as Progressive House and Melodic Techno. He has  recently released work in down tempo/ organic house and released his music on labels such as Siona records, Area Verde, INVRS UNVRS, Shango records and others. Chertkovski’s  tracks were noticed and played by artists such as Nora En Pure, YvesV, Eelke Klejin, VINAI and Miss Monique.

Interestingly, Chertkovski is considered one of the most profound Russian musicians by the Indonesian audience as well. When asked about garnering popularity in Indonesia, he stated, “I understood the fact that Asia has the largest music market in the world. I have performed in Bali where I was majorly involved in commercial music. However, I realised to bring a new format of music to Bali with other DJs. It became an insanely hit which gave me tremendous recognition.” Apart from parties, his music is loved by the masses on social media. Leveraging social media to maximise the reach of his musical projects, Chertkovski continues to get a positive reception from his fans. While concluding the talented musician went on to say that he intends to create music that brings celebration and people together.
