Essential Oils to Improve Circulation

Essential oils are one kind of volatile liquids that come from various trees, plants, and flowers. They are more like watery fluids unlike typical oils, come with plenty of chemicals such as aldehydes and terpenes. These synthetics can sanitize, calm, reduce pain as well as invigorate the immune system along with a focus on hormone circulation and generation. In fact, many essential oils help us with improved circulation. Today we are going to talk about a few essential oils that increase blood flow in our body. Let’s know what are they. 

Coriander

Coriander essential oil, known as Coriandrum Savitum, comes from the compressed seeds of the yearly coriander herb. This liquid is sweet, clear, and woody with components of carvone, linalol, borneol, anethole, decyl aldehyde, etc. According to Halo Health Exclusive Doctor Ho, coriander helps with cardiac, circulatory, and nervous systems. You can inhale this essential oil, as well as apply it on the skin after blending with a carrier oil. If you are assuming to take small doses, there is no problem to ingest it. Eucalyptus

This essential oil mainly comes from the twigs and leaves of various types of eucalyptus plants. But, the most prominent eucalyptus oil is called eucalyptus globulus essential oil which is extracted from the blue gum eucalyptus tree, local to Tasmania and Australia, even though Brazil, Russia, Portugal, California, Spain, and China cultivate a lot of this essential oil. The main ingredients of this oil are limonene, pinene, cineol, and other compounds.

If you are suffering from poor circulation, blue gum eucalyptus is supposed to help you to a great extent. It consists of a camphoraceous and harsh scent that you can soften by adding lemon or lavender essential oil. Blending a carrier oil into the eucalyptus oil, you can use it for massaging purposes. However, it’s not permitted to take internally in any situation. 

Cypress

Cypress essential oil can come from numerous types of cypress trees, however, Cupressus Sempervirens is viewed as prevalent for its helpful advantages. This light yellow and green liquid is generated from plants cultivated in Spain, France, and Morocco. Being local to the eastern Mediterranean, it’s being widely cultivated in Corsica, France, Sardinia, Italy, and many other regions. 

Many health specialists have stated that cypress essential oil can help with poor circulation in the bodies. Blend 3 parts of cypress essential oil, 3 of lemon, 3 of bergamot, 1 of ginger, and 1 of geranium, and use it. 

Also, you can use it by blending 4 drops of cypress essential oil with 3 of grapefruit, 1 of nutmeg with bath oil and incorporate the mix into your bathtub for better circulation. 

Rosemary, Ginger, Spanish Sage, Black Pepper essential oils also contain compounds that can help to improve circulation. However, the ones that are mentioned above are the top ones among all and they can surely help you with the illness that you are suffering from.
