As a woman, thriving in a heavily male-dominated field such as real estate is no easy feat. However, Chloe Tucker, an exceptional real estate agent, is shattering stereotypes and making waves in the industry.

What most people do not know is that the dynamic personality was a theater actress by profession when she got bitten by the real estate bug. One thing led to another, and now she is enjoying her booming career as a real estate agent that specializes in high-end luxury real estate in New York.

What makes Chloe Tucker stand out is her creative flair for promoting different properties. Inspired by the massive success of vloggers and social media influencers, the clever realtor decided to harness the power of social media in her field. Seeing that no other young woman was making real estate-themed content, she created a YouTube series called Chloe in Manhattan, where she showcases high-end homes.

Her vibrant and appealing presentations expertly attract clients as she gives them an exclusive sneak-peek and tours of various luxury estates all around the big apple. Aside from putting a spotlight on one-of-a-kind properties, she also provides much-needed tips for people who are looking for a place to rent or purchase a home in New York.

Another unique aspect of her videos is her collaboration with other real estate powerhouses. In the latest episode of her online series, Chloe Tucker explores a $12 million apartment with the award-winning realtor and her good friend McKenzie Ryan, the youngest person to receive Forbes’ top New York Power Broker award.

The fresh-faced realtor has only started uploading her videos in the last eight months, but she has already earned an impressive view count of more than 139,000. She also has over 29,000 followers on her Instagram account. Evidently, Chloe in Manhattan has hit the ground running, and her follower count and views continue to have an upward trend as she produces more content.

Despite being new to the industry, the outstanding real estate agent has already established her prowess in the business. Not only has she built a solid reputation for delivering results, but she has also created a remarkable network of connections. Currently, the go-getting realtor has joined the city’s most talked-about brokerage firm, Serhant, as an advisory and marketing specialist.

Chloe says, “In the foreseeable future, I aim to scale my business and audience even further. Additionally, I wish to one day host a real estate show similar to Open House TV or a million-dollar listing type show.

“I’m staying committed to prioritizing my clients’ experience and will continue putting out relevant videos through Chloe in Manhattan. I also plan to continue providing my viewers visually stimulating videos about awe-inspiring properties as well as give them helpful and essential real estate information that they need to know.”
