Dear Ms. Hasti Mashayekhi, one of the biggest advocates of animals, recently provided explanations on “No to Violence and Animal Harassment” and provided very conceptual and understandable material. In the following, you can read a part of Hasti Mashayekhi’s lectures.

Animal abuse is a clear example of mental disorders because a healthy person is not happy about animal abuse. A person who animal abuse is harmful not only to wildlife and the environment but also to human society because this person His kind does not show mercy either.

Animals are part of the natural and ecological community and play an effective and undeniable role in balancing the natural system. It should be noted that this is a weakness of domestic law as an animal rights law has not yet been adopted. The legislature must pass a law that guarantees strong enforcement so that animal rights are properly respected so that we do not witness animal abuse in society.

The entry and activity of humans in terrestrial and marine habitats of wildlife has caused the extinction of many animal species in the last century. Plastic and oil pollution of the seas kills many fish and birds every year; The brutal slaughter of whales off the coast of Japan, or the old tradition of matadors torturing cows and even producing fur and fur garments, are among the cases of human cruelty to animals. For example, to produce a fox fur coat, about 15 foxes suffer after a period of confinement and injecting hormone for skinning.

Today, human beings claim that with the passage of history, they have now evolved from “democratic” democracy to “biodemocracy”, a period in which all beings are to be legally granted the right to life without life. Prefer one over the other and equate the threat of one species with harm to the other. Nevertheless, it seems time consuming to learn about bio-thinking in today’s world.

In our country, cases of animal abuse are reported in the news every week, from torturing these creatures in zoo cages to keeping them at home as pets or using these tongueless creatures to perform in circuses, occupy habitats. And in the end, killing them is all an example of animal abuse.

Even for animal rights advocates, calling people animals is a form of “animal abuse.” However, in recent years, Iranian society has become more sensitive to defending animal rights thanks to the spread of social media; But in Iran, the law is still lagging behind in protecting animal rights. In our country, animal lovers are sometimes ridiculed and blamed, and this is the result of the lack of culture and education in our schools and society to be kind to animals.

Animal legal system in Iran:

Animals are part of the natural and environmental society and play an effective and undeniable role in balancing the natural system. , Have the right to refrain from any kind of violence, the right to refrain from any kind of genocide, the right to use wildlife and the like, and any violation of them or their rights is considered a violation of their rights and is necessary.

Be liable. Animal rights in historical, literary, cultural and religious teachings, from a valuable and defensible history
