With the rising number of cases related to mental health problems in the workplace, various organizations and companies are giving special importance to mental health training. As it has been proved by many studies that mental health issues due to the workplace are intensely affecting both the personal as well as professional life of people at a global level. The introduction of mental health apps has been contributing to preventing mental issues by spreading awareness about various mental problems associated with workplace stress.

One such application named Fishbowl has been helping professionals to deal with workplace mental health problems in an effective manner. Fishbowl is a community app and platform that connects professionals through transparent conversations to drive positive change within the workplace. Professionals use Fishbowl to discuss industry-specific news and share career advice with peers and senior leadership in an open, positive, and supportive environment.

Many surveys carried out earlier have predicted that there is a steep increase in mental health issues, especially among the youth. And this has also increased the number of suicide cases all over the world. One of the most important factors responsible for increasing the mental health problems in the workplace is the inability of professionals to create a balance between their professional and personal life.
