University of Toledo Launched Kayaking over New Plaza and Ottawa River

Ohio – There is a good news for kayak lovers. The University of Toledo unveiled a new kayak dock on 28th August. The new destination of kayak lovers will be now a pedestrian bridge over Ottawa river that gives a good movement to Savage Arena for Iqyax like kayak activities. The updated plaza on the north side of the bridge gives a perfect view of Ottawa River.

The bridge over the Ottawa river is recently formed with steel truss which will be a major attraction for kayak activity in the region. The previous bridge was more than 30 years old and was about to end its lifespan.

The University of Toledo President Sharon Gaber said that this is one more thing to keep students in the campus and it is one more activity that students can experience for better peace of mind. Last year the university added the Lime-S scooters and this year, kayak activity has been added. There is also a bike – share program and it will be full of excitement for students. They will be able to have a lot of activities to keep themselves engaged in the campus.

The University of Toledo has set the Recreational Services platform, that will provide all the necessary things needed during Aleut Kayak – Iqyax such as kayaks, paddles, life vests, and helmets. The students can enjoy kayak activities there from 10 am to 6 pm every day. And the kayak rental is free for all Student Recreation Center members.
