Home breweries have become quite popular in recent times. With the evolving technology all over the world, we now have grand electrically based home brewery. It has won over all the beer enthusiasts and has given a twist to the time honoured hobby.

Brewing beer is not an easy task. It involves a tremendous level of precision as even a small mistake can ruin the whole batch. So an electric home brewery benefits the user as it eliminates a lot of the variables involved with gas-based brewing. The method and the result both are precise and consistent. It is way easier to use, repeat the steps and reproduce an awesome batch of beer with an electric brewery.

Using proper equipment, ingredients, sanitizing all the material every single time and having patience goes a long way to get quality beer at home. Poor processes lead to poor results, especially for the first time brewer. So stay away from shortcuts and taking into account the fact that brewing beer takes time.

For this same reason electric breweries are the way to go as an electrically-based home brewery gives the user more control of the beer-making process. You can hire an electrical company with brewery experience to do all the electrical fittings for you. And then you can brew all the types of beer using electricity too from Ale, IPA, and Barley wine to Lager, Wheat, and Pilsner. There are no limitations.

How you benefit is, there are no poisonous gases or emissions like in gas brewery, so the environment is safer. The temperature can be controlled and there is much efficient use of energy. All in all an electric home brewery is cheaper to run.

Building an electric brewery is of course not a small task. There are 3 sections involved- the control panel, electric supply, and the kettle. Everything is available online to buy or rent. The control panel has many parts and thus requires about three-quarters of time spent building an electric brewery. You have to figure out placement of lights, switches, meters, handles, relays and wires. But the rest is just tanks, hoses, pumps, and setting the kettles up. There is always an option of getting the control panel pre-fabricated and pre-tested depending upon the size of the electric brewery you’re setting up.
