Having a firm and rounder tush is in fashion now. But rather than going to the gym and working on the squats, people are looking for easier and faster options. In the world of the cosmetic industry, butt enhancement has become all the rage. It is the next big thing for women right now. The Brazilian butt lift is used to give a firmer and rounder butt. However, the procedure can be painful.

It is performed using liposuction and fat transfer (and in some cases combined with gluteal implants). The side effects of Brazilian butt lift include pain, fluid accumulation, and excessive bleeding. Moreover, it isn’t cheap. A standard Brazilian butt lift can cost around $5000!

The new and better option is vacuum butt therapy. It is easy to perform and non-invasive way to shapelier butt. The method includes some massage and suction to give you better tush. You will be given a mini massage by a vacuum machine for buttocks, then two small suction cups are moved over the thigh and buttocks area.

It is used to manipulate the tissue, then two larger suction cups are sealed over each side of the butt for approximately 30 minutes. This process helps with lymphatic drainage, it stimulates the muscles, and break down fat deposits. One can say the treatment is equivalent to 1500 squats. Thus giving you a toned booty within a few minutes.

However, unlike Brazilian Butt lift, the results aren’t permanent and you will need to keep doing the treatment for 6-8 sessions. Each session can cost up to $100-$150, which is cheaper than the Brazilian butt lift.

The vacuum butt therapy is worth it in the end because it does not have any side effects, it is non-invasive. Moreover, it is cheaper. It is just a faster way of doing squats.
