Social media marketing and PR campaigns go hand in hand. However, the concept of only giant companies working on the front lines on social platforms is totally wrong. There is good news for agencies and brands – campaigns on social links and sites don’t need exclusive campaigns, even the smaller ones can be carried out successfully. One element that impacts massively remains the same for all types of campaigns – a sound and well-defined plan.

In this regard, it is much important to know about the competitors. This means, thorough research and study about competitors will align your plans and you’ll be able to handle strategies tactfully. Keeping a thorough plan and strategy ready is always given more points. Also, to know the exact target audience and needs to fulfill the strategies makes campaigns far better.

Why Davis Householder Believes Deal Structure Matters More Than Headline Price

We know that designing a social media campaign is most daunting. However, your brand can go places if you emit positive vibes and have an authentic association with the audience. Rhonda Swan is into helping businesses, brands, and enterprises inaugurate their presence in a digital world. Here, we have shared her thoughts and insights on how one can craft an effective social media campaign.

Let’s know her a bit and then start with her thoughts and insights…

Rhonda Swan – Owner of Unstoppable Branding Agency

Rhonda covers more than 18 years in digital marketing. The entire thing started when she thought of getting more freedom. Even before social media made its emergence in the world, she knew the importance and worthiness of the internet. This is why Rhonda worked in this area from the start of the year 2000. Also, when she was convinced with what the future holds for her and others, she invested a chunk of her life for others, where empowerment of women in the 21st century was the main deal.

The reason why she started the “Unstoppable Branding Agency” was to empower others, particularly women. But it also was based on the notion of helping oneself to the defined success point. Taking the agency ahead and understanding insights of marketing, Rhonda believes that without execution of the strategies, branding doesn’t serve the purpose, and falls short of becoming a successful venture. That is the reason why she shared some of the basics of getting a fair share of marketing.

Governing Factors of Excellent Marketing

How can one really make marketing the pivot point of success? According to Rhonda Swans, you should focus on the following areas; doing so will give leverage to the plans and their executions.

1. Social Media Campaigns – Brainstorming, is a Must

Getting stuck in the thought processes and ideas is a sign of being human. Means, it is ok to feel that, and getting stuck is normal. However, it is mandatory in such situations to not lose something big. For that, you can opt for different content formats; webinars, blog posts, infographics, podcasts, and videos can be helpful in this regard. Brainstorming on the chosen content form is the ultimate rescue. With that, you can design an impactful campaign. With the right kind of platform and brainstorming, you will pull a positive and effective social media campaign.

2. Competitors – Research Inside Out!

It is indeed very crucial to know about the moves and strategies of your competitors. Mostly, marketers ignore this point and bear massive losses in the end. If they look into this point deeply and understand their competitors, it is possible to improve your campaigns. Besides improving and enhancing strategies, you will also explore tactics played by the competitors. That way you will create better and unique strategies to highlight your brand. To say that it is one of the best ways to stand for your strategies, owning them, moving with the right pace, and knowing how to surpass the competitors in long run.

3. Content – Always Unique and Trending

Rhonda Swans knows how to make trending topics pop up. She also knows a great deal about exclusive content. According to her, trending topics are those which are most talked about, shared on news, conversations, and attract the majority of the organic traffic. To get the list of trending topics, what you can do is simple: try listening to talks with the help of social media tools (that enables you to listen to the conversations), talk about the insights, social media platforms, etc. There is a long list of other platforms that can help in finding trending topics. Some examples include Quora, Twitter, Reddit, and Google Trends. Lastly, ensuring how to deliver attractive and unique content is a must!

4. Plans – Make them to Execute

Plans, strategies, wireframes, and tactics are the most crucial elements to run a fruitful campaign. At times strategies are pretty complexed and other times they are easy to follow. When you plan out a complicated strategy, it is best to start with the fundamentals (the basics). Then, climb up the ladder gradually focusing on each milestone. Analyze the goals critically and for that, you must decode the ways of getting more leads on your website. After that, boost traffic by creating metrics. In the end, you must write a message that draws the attention of the audience. Making sure to write a compelling message is a must because that is how you will get two dots (goals and audience) connected.
