What seemed to many as a life that was fulfilling and filled with limitless opportunities was, in fact, a life lived on autopilot mode for Bolivian top tennis player Monica Alexandra. Despite her numerous achievements as an athlete, a student, and a marketing professional working for multi-billion dollar corporations, she still felt like something was missing in her life. This went on until she finally found a way to discover her true inner power and energy to turn her life around and that of others.

Monica Alexandra was once a driven and remarkable tennis player in her country and ranked number 1 at the peak of her young career as an athlete. Her international victories paved the way for her to a full scholarship at an NCAA school in the United States, where she finished her college and degree and eventually a master’s degree in business administration at the age of 24. She graduated with honors and brought pride not just to her family but to Bolivia as well. Despite everything she has accomplished, however, she strongly felt that she was meant to find something bigger than what she was already experiencing.

After making several trips to India, Monica eventually got her reiki healing certification and fell deeply in love with yoga. This allowed her to return to her authentic self and find her true power, things she is passionately teaching other people today. Realizing that a lot of people are seeking to experience what she has, Monica became a core energy life and leadership coach, helping overachieving individuals return to their genuine selves.

“After all the energy work I did, I found freedom to be an important value in my life and something many of us strive for one way or another. There are so many ways we limit ourselves, subtle or obvious, that hinder our freedom. We build unconscious blocks and then we become chained to situations and boxed into characters we create in our heads, forgoing the beauty to be free and flexible,” Monica Alexandra explains.

Monica Alexandra is also known to have helped several multi-billion dollar companies tap into the hidden potentials of their leaders so they can become more conscious and mindful.

“Freedom brings empowerment, energy, and ultimately life satisfaction. But to be free, we need to be aware of what is limiting us, work on ourselves to the level of radical acceptance and unconditional love,” she adds.

At present, Monica is focusing most of her energy to help other people make the most of their lives. She offers one-to-one customized coaching services to individuals who are looking for a way to overhaul and restart their lives, find their purpose and their joy at the same time. She also offers workshops and group coaching sessions for people who wish to accomplish goals together. Moreover, she also provides leadership and corporate coaching, Energy Leadership Index Assessment, and speaking engagements for schools, companies, and international organizations.

“After years of exploring what was making me so tired and trying all kinds of supplements to increase my level of energy, I was able to figure out what I was simply not aligned to who I was and my values. That was exhausting for me! I am very thankful to have picked Monica as my life coach. This really worked for me,” said Diana L. from Texas.

In the coming years, Monica sees herself traveling to different parts of the world, doing workshops and leadership sessions. By empowering people to live authentic lives and teaching them to have conscious conversations in the future, she believes that she is contributing to making the world a better place to be in.

As she continues her journey in awakening the senses of people to what they are missing out in life to be able to pursue that which will spark their inner energy and power, Monica Alexandra is creating the next generation of highly empowered and authentic individuals.
