From Broke and Homeless to Owning His Own Six-Figure Company, William Beaird Shares His Four Principles for Success

William Beaird has seen all sorts of success throughout his business career. However, he didn’t always start out that way. In fact, there came a time when William was broke and homeless for two years after quitting his corporate job. But eventually, he turned his life around and is now the founder and CEO of Millennial to Millionaire and Hooked on Funnels. With his simple business philosophy of acquiring enough leverage to build wealth, William teaches other budding entrepreneurs to gain some footing in the industry through his online education business.

His six-figure digital empire was built from the ground up, through William’s astounding work ethic and his knowledge on how to leverage the digital landscape. People are on social media every single day, and William knows this for a fact. He started learning all about how to get customers through social media, and in no time, he started seeing results.

The Evolution of B2B Sales in a Data-Driven Economy

Just like everyone else, William went through college and decided to go get a good-paying job once he graduated. He worked as a manager for the biggest ready-mix and aggregate company in the world. The job taught him all about corporate and business structures, though he never felt like he was making a difference.

He was living from paycheck to paycheck at that point in his life. He even had to be an Uber driver on the weekends just to afford groceries for his house. He was constantly dreading the 9 to 5 grind, so much so that the drive to work became incredibly tedious and repetitive. He knew that he wanted to do something bigger and better. He knew that he didn’t want to spend his entire life with a desk job. So he quit his job cold turkey, but he didn’t have a place to stay. Fortunately, William’s friend let him sleep on his office room floor, doing side hustles such as Forex, dropshipping, and network marketing in the meantime.

Everyone within this new industry that William belonged to was a lot younger than him, and they were already making six to seven figures. He studied them all and realized that the reason for all of their success was because they all had a greater purpose to succeed, and they focused on the fundamentals.

It was then that William finally learned the 4 key principles that transformed his life and took him from being broke and homeless into the massive success that he is now. The first principle is knowing who to listen to. Listening to the wrong people means ending up at the same place as them. It’s always important to find the right coach and mentor who equally succeeds at what they do. Secondly, when one wants to succeed, one must want to learn; it’s all about being teachable and staying teachable despite achieving success.

The third principle involves what William calls the Training Balance Scale, which consists of the “hows” and the “whys,” making sure that there is a balance between thoughts and actions, 90% of thoughts while putting 10% on actions. The fourth and final principle involves the four Cognitive Steps of Learning. Most people go about their entire lives without being taught how to learn. One must realize that there are four stages of learning new information: unconscious incompetence, conscious incompetence, conscious competence, and unconscious competence.

William Beaird is definitely in a league of his own. He has helped multiple experts turn their expertise into a high-ticket coaching program, allowing them to give out valuable information to their clients which are ultimately scalable. There is nobody else doing it better than William, providing so much positive impact to other budding entrepreneurs and helping them get out there and do some great business.
