While there are certain aspects of remote work that we might have had to adjust to and become more comfortable with, one thing remains clear; communication within any working environment is critical. To create a strong bond between co-workers, fostering effective collaboration and increasing productivity with an in-person presence isn’t always necessary. Here’s how you can establish a sense of belonging among remote teams who want to stay connected despite being unable to be together in the same physical space.
