bioniq offers a truly 360 approach to each member’s health, starting with a biochemical analysis, including a comprehensive 50-parameter blood test. It is then, with over 11 years of research and 30 patents, university studies, including University of Turin and TU Munich, and international medical publications, as well as a proprietary database of over 3 million biochemical markers, that the patented bioniq algorithm prescribes the correct nutritional formula. The result – quality nutritional recommendations, dietician consultation and personalised, swiss-made granular supplements for every bioniq member.

Now incorporating VAHA, Europe’s largest and leading connected fitness offering, with 35 design patents, the AI driven state-of-the-art home fitness technology accesses millions of workout-related data points, providing bioniq members with personalised home training and biomechanical analysis for further insight into their body’s physical capabilities.

Boasting one of the largest researched databases in the world, bioniq is now backed by some of the smartest minds and leading global VC funds including HV Capital, Rocket Internet, Porsche Ventures and Unbound Ventures.

The acquisition marks an important milestone in the company’s mission to improve global health by 2025, as bioniq CEO, Vadim Fedotov says: “This is a glimpse into the future of personalised health in the form of tailor-made wellness solutions and home fitness driven by data and innovation.”

“bioniq is built upon precision, quality and research; our core belief being that innovation should first and foremost impact quality of life and wellbeing. Together, it is our goal to support, motivate and educate people across the world to lead as fulfilled and healthy lives as possible.”

Newly appointed CTO and Co-Founder of bioniq, Calin Popescu (co-founder of VAHA) adds: “It has always been a top priority for me to make health and wellbeing more accessible. I strongly believe the future belongs to precision health and by combining personalised home fitness with bespoke supplements we create an incredible global health  platform to continuously innovate  and build life changing products..’’
