The acquisition is a continuation of bioniq’s expansion plan and strengthens its position as the most innovative health subscription in Europe and the Middle East.
Under the acquisition, VAHA will become part of the bioniq global platform enhancing the team’s offering of tailor-made health and wellness services. Currently available across eight countries in the EMEA, bioniq plans to expand into four more countries including the USA by the end of 2023.
