Rarely do we meet stars who aim for excellence and yet stay grounded. Stefanie Peti is one of those star artists who have both qualities. While she has managed to make a special place in the global entertainment industry with her craft, she has contributed immensely to society with her humanitarian work.

Stefanie truly believes that the main purpose of a human being on earth is to help others. She believes in humility and says it makes us real. “Being humble means recognising that we are not on earth to see how important we can become, but to see how much difference we can make in the lives of others.” she makes a point.

Stefanie Peti has worked in Eastern Africa with two organisations, The World Of Children and Amref, to empower unprivileged children. The World of Children is assembled to eradicate sexual abuse and child trafficking. It prioritises the well-being and safety of young girls while leading the fight against female genital mutilation and childhood marriage.

As an actress, her work has helped her get recognition and success and has garnered acclaim all over. Stefanie, also a screenwriter, says she aims to tell the stories of real people in extraordinary situations. That’s why independent films are her favourite ones. Stefanie says she likes to write stories about the real problems of society where we struggle and fight for what we want, and we can be vulnerable, and that’s okay.

She shares, “I want to touch, move and inspire people through my art. I want to tell passionate stories that can touch people’s hearts, can changes people’s life. I want to give voice to the voiceless.”
