For business owners everywhere, no job is ever fully complete. When one challenge is completed, another rises on the horizon, leading the company onto the next stage. With technology at our disposal, starting a business has become more accessible, at least in the logistical sense. The challenge lies in sustaining a good income while growing your market and keeping your customers’ loyalty. Bridging this gap, business expert and growth strategist Troy Sandidge lends a helping hand to budding entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses through his book Strategize Up: The Simplified Blueprint To Scaling Your Business.

“My goal in writing this book is to make growth simple no matter the business, industry, profession, or how much experience you have in marketing and sales. I’ve compiled over a decade of experience and insights into a written blueprint that doesn’t make marketing intimidating but instead easy to understand in the hopes to show the reader that growth is possible,” shared Troy.

He has identified some of the most common problems experienced by businesses, such as overspending on marketing initiatives with no ROI, releasing content without growing its community and sales, and so many other tactics that cost money but are not contributing to the company’s revenue. As a response, Troy creates trademarked and proven strategies, solutions, and systems to maximize a business’s growth potential, making it a sustainable and scalable venture. He also incorporated multiple disciplines, such as sociology, anthropology, ethnography, economics, and psychology, into his frameworks to provide his readers with a comprehensive solution.

A successful expansion of a business venture is one where the added resources exponentially increase the gains. Hence, Troy’s book considers the longevity of the strategies he is recommending. The book is contextualized in our ever-evolving digital world and changing market. Additionally, Troy incorporated black culture and references into the book to capture the nuances and complete story of the experiences he drew these insights from. He also made sure to explain these concepts in a concise and easy-to-understand manner so that it could be an easy but helpful read.

Known as the Strategy Hacker, Troy is undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with in the industry. He has built agencies earning millions, acted as a CMO twice, been a Vice President of a creative agency and a Global Marketing Director within his 12-year career. In addition, he has launched multiple campaigns for notable brands, generating over $175 Million in revenue for his clients worldwide. He was also invited to speak at major business summits across the globe through his expertise. To say that he knows what he is doing is an understatement.

Big things are still yet to come because, on top of his book, Troy also created a marketing and business podcast about the business strategies and concepts he presented in Strategize Up. He also has a YouTube channel and is active on social media platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn. He continues to capture his audience with his groundbreaking ideas rooted in authentic life experiences. Doubtlessly a mentor who leads by example, Troy stays true to the goal he teaches his readers – Never stop growing!
