TheOTC Review: $TXTM $1B+ PURCHASE ORDER

Today, November 01, 2022 Protext Mobility ($TXTM) AND RSAMMDA LLC announced an agreement to produce and deliver 2,330,000 pounds of cannabis. 

We sat down to review this deal as well as the expected outcome. 

REVENUE ESTIMATE 

The deal calls for 2.33 million pounds of cannabis and is noted as “the largest single flower and biomass order in history post legalization.” 

The team at RSAMMDA Dr. J operates the 5000 Hectare New Castle Farm as well as federally issued hemp permits issued by the Government of South Africa. 

The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index of cannabis is at nearly $900 per pound  with 68% of transactions (one standard deviation) in the $527 to $2,075 per pound range putting the expected deal value & revenue at nearly $1,000,000,000 USD. 

Management has mentioned in prior releases that their intention is to use the entire plant. Below is a peer comparison to other publicly traded companies who practice similar methods in the same industry.
