The MP8.0011G534828 is the newest addition to Elite RF portfolio of RF power amplifiers incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN (Gallium Nitride) on SiC (Silicone Carbide) technology. It is biased high power linear RF pulsed amplifier (class AB) and has 48 dB (decibels) of power gain, covers from 8 GHz to 11 GHz, has 200W of peak power with a maximum duty cycle of 10% and runs on 28 Volt DC. It is well suited for a variety of applications including electronic warfare, radar, satellite, scientific, medical and laboratory use. This amplifier is available with heat sink option. Like all Elite RF Amplifiers, it is built with high quality components and comes with an industry leading 5-year warranty.
