Tony Masek is one name who is going to change the course of the acting game, as he has displayed extraordinary talent through his work, which has gained him wide attention. Acting has been his passion ever since he remembers, which grew with time, resulting in him stepping in full time as a professional later in life. His story dates back to the time when at 14 his interest towards this field took him to two acting summer schools, which made him realize that this was indeed his true calling he wanted to do the rest of his life. Attending the prestigious acting school in Prague, Czech Republic helped him hone his skills in different acting techniques and skills, which he still uses while performing today.
The acting sphere is saturated with the best of talents, with each having an edge over the other, so how does Tony stand out and make his presence felt amongst the vast sea of acting talents which are hovering around the space? To this the promising artist is prompt to answer, “apart from my looks, there’s a lot more that makes me stand out from the crowd and get noticed, the foremost being my mastery over different languages like German and Czech, also my ability to speak English in two distinct accents helps me gain mileage than my contemporaries. Furthermore, I’m honing my skills in French and Russian too, which is an added advantage.”
The supremely talented actor is also a martial arts expert and has even started practicing Krav Maga, which is a self-defense system. He also holds proficiency in kick boxing and Thai boxing, and is presently concentrating more on MMA. Tactical shooting is also something he is working upon, which is a rare skill set found in anyone else around the acting sphere. Tony has been a part of many series and movies till date, including “The Letter For The King”, “Shadow and Bone” and “Das Boot” which have gained him massive popularity. He is perhaps one of the few Czech actors who have a good command over English language, and that’s quite impressive.
On his success, Tony says that one has to work hard and keep their patience intact as things take time to materialize and one should wait for the right opportunity.
