No stranger to hard work, Zach Collier, founder of Resolute Pros, starts his day around 4:30 AM to get in a quick workout before heading into the office. By 7:00 AM every day, he has to be on his game, balancing the demands of being a leader, entrepreneur, father, husband, and fitness enthusiast. He has never been one to sit idly by and watch life happen around him, so making the most of his day is critical. With the support of his family, mentors, and amazing people in his life, Zach has already built a lasting legacy at the young age of 30 and hopes to inspire others to do the same in their life.

What started out as a job as a staff member turned into Zach’s first business acquisition, opening up his path as an entrepreneur. Since that job, Zach has grown three companies, completed 15+ M&A transactions within the HR industry, sold two of his companies for 8 figures, and been appointed by the governor to oversee state regulations in his industry. Like most entrepreneurs, Zach is just getting started. His passion for entrepreneurship, quality leadership skills, and unending tenacity have carried him far, and he plans to continue rising to new challenges in his professional life.

On a personal level, Zach is a proud dad to four kids, ranging in age from 18 months to 13 years. He tries to keep his kids involved in activities and trying new things so they can find their passions, too. His older kids are budding athletes and Zach is always excited to go to his kids’ games and support them from the stands. Seeing his children grow into themselves and develop new interests in life helps keep him inspired to continue trying new things.

Getting to see his own children develop interests, passions, and new hobbies is a light in his life, and he wants to make sure every parent gets to experience the same feeling. As president of a non-profit youth sports association in central FL., Zach gets to keep kids and families in his community engaged with one another while they develop new skills.

Zach sees the potential in everyone and believes that we are all capable of greatness, whatever that might look like on an individual level. Looking at his own life, Zach is proud of his fearlessness in pursuing new opportunities and hopes to serve as an example that you can build anything you want in life, no matter what you start out with. On July 25th, 1991, Zach Alan Collier was born in Columbus, Ohio, and his path was not yet charted. He had no idea he would be building startups from the ground up, and get the honor of fathering 4 beautiful children, but maybe that’s the point of it all. The beauty of life isn’t revealed until we commit to fully living it, just like Zach has.
